César Silva
30 years old, lives in Galway - Ireland.
He has been working as a photographer for over twelve years, a profession that emerged when he was still a teenager, due to the desire to take good pictures when he went to concerts. What was supposed to be a hobby became a profession when he realized that his look was beyond the ordinary. César learned about photography by himself, but in the quest to evolve he specialized, through specific courses, and perfected his technical side.
He started by photographing female and male photoshoots, as well as family events. Despite this, the will has always been to make his teenage dream come true, so César invested his efforts and reached show business. Through his work, he has photographed shows throughout Brazil, mainly in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo.
The teenager's dream became reality when he realized that, with all the effort acquired over the years, he became a specialist in show business photography (shows, theater, backstage), photoshoots and image post production.
Experiences
The photographer has already photographed great personalities of Brazilian music and TV, such as Tiago Iorc, Glória Groove, Grupo Rouge (Chá Rouge), Thaeme & Thiago, Aline Barros, Fernanda Gentil and Fernanda Souza.
César Silva has also been following the singer Sandy for the last few years and, in 2019, he photographed the Sandy & Junior brothers during the main shows of the Nossa História tour, the second largest tour in the world that year, according to the American newspaper Washington Post.
With his work, in addition to the recognition of the public and the artists, César has already had his photographs in several large vehicles throughout Brazil. His photos have already been published by El Pais, Folha De São Paulo, O Globo, Jornal Extra, Tribuna do Paraná, among other large print, online and television media.
Although he was born in Marília, a city where his family still lives, César always understood the need to explore the lack of a fixed address and seek knowledge at all times. Currently, the photographer lives in Ireland, in the city of Galway, a fantastic and artistic town, which in 2020 was the European capital of culture, precisely in the constant search for an atmosphere that helps him to improve the world of photography.
